Job scheduling senior analyst - Mars global services - Guararema, brazil this position is part of a global team responsible for the architecture, deployment, and 3rd level support (specialized) of a workload scheduling application. The analyst also works closely with the problem management processes to evaluate opportunities and help mars business applications and infrastructure work smarter. There will be close interaction with key customers, key areas, second level support team and suppliers, to ensure expectations are met and drive the job scheduling evolution. What are we looking for? Solid experience with ibm workload scheduler (iws) or other job scheduling tool like control m or autosys application administration, as 3rd level support (specialized), which includes but not limited to:application architectureability to perform troubleshooting of complex cases and high priority incidentsimprovements identification and implementationcapacity managementjnp controlconsulting iws users (job / job stream configuration) general technical skills on os (windows / linux), network, dba, scripting, etc. University degree in computer science or related engineering discipline specialized itsm education and certification fluent english skills what will be your key responsibilities? Job scheduling global strategy including technology roadmap, architecture design and integration between different business solutions and tools play an active role in keeping teams catch the industry or cross-Industry new solutions, building a broad technical network outside of mars using various forum groups and interacting with fellow architects and developers on the best practice solutions partner with other it teams to identify opportunities driving customer satisfaction and efficiency deliver operational service levels, providing visibility to customers with reporting and metrics build strong partnerships with key stakeholders as the technical leaders for infrastructure and applications teams in different regions to streamline the resolution of issue and sustain the operational stability through preventive actions ensure prompt reaction during business disruptions, attending crisis calls as the single technology owner with autonomy to propose remediation actions to either fix the situation or to mitigate the impact of missing any critical business slas perform preventive actions to avoid business disruptions what can you expect from mars?
