About this opportunity incomms innovation studio is an advanced program designed to discover, define, and solve problems that plague our clients using breakthrough technologies. The go studio team aims to continually drive incomm as a key innovator in the industry. We thrive in bringing clients, employees, and partners all together around a clients or an industrys most complex issues or disruptions to apply unique insights, develop ground-Breaking solutions, and incubate new products, platforms, and services. We are looking to hire an innovation software architect to join our innovation studio team. This year incomm leadership has made a considerable commitment to the advancement of the innovation strategy and continued growth in the emerging technology space. This investment includes breaking ground on our innovation studio headquarters in atlanta, designing a program framework focused on furthering innovative research, and expanding the studio with full time resources such as the sr developer. We are seeking someone who is passionate about building and iterating on new and innovative software prototypes and thrives in a fast-Paced environment. Responsibilities own and lead small/medium technical projects or products design, architect and develop proof of concepts that align to organizational objectives and external commitments work with business analysts, project managers, client stakeholders, architects, and developers to rapidly prototype innovative solutions for challenging problems with scalable, high-Quality software work closely with the design team to rapidly bring client solutions to life utilize cloud-Based toolsets to ensure stability, availability, and performance are optimized participate in solution envisioning both internally and externally with clients monitor industry trends and best practices, working with the go studio management to determine alignment tomstrategy and future direction assess and compile white papers about emerging technologies and industry developments mentor other incomm employees in technical or career-Based topics organize and lead educational sessions on emerging technical topics internal and external documents and publishes appropriate architecture principles and standards, position papers, blueprints, best practices, patterns, and frameworks. Regularly present technical or product concepts to executive leadership and other senior technology architects deliver client-Facing demonstrations of innovative experiences and technology identify patentable ideas based on the ongoing experimentation & implementations by development teams. Help inventors and patent writers to come to a strong ipr protection of those ideas. Evangelize innovation within and outside go studio, to pave way for commercialization/product roll out. Be a strong ambassador for go studio. Ability to adapt in a dynamic and ever evolving work environment. Employee must be able to assess situations, make recommendations and independent decisions which align with company policies and priorities. Defines, builds, and maintains a library of functional component models within and across digital payments product lines maintains a catalogue of reusable functional application components consumable across applications and product lines. Acts as a key reviewer of technical and tactical decisions. Communicates opportunities to leverage inter-Company synergies, application and enterprise software or infrastructure asset re-Use and opportunities to expose application assets for enterprise consumption. Qualifications 7+ years of full stack engineering experience, ideally across multiple platforms, products and/or industries functional experience with aws (amazon web services), azure and gcp (google cloud platform) and proficiency in one. Experience in ios/xcode, android/android studio, arkit, arcore, and unity or unreal engine proficiency in rapid prototyping tools such as adobe xd, figma, sketch, irise or axure experience working with emerging technologies in prototyping and new product development roles such as: robotics, machine learning, artificial intelligence, blockchain, mixed reality, mobile payments, microservices, virtual assistance, computer vision, etc. Experience with the latest web technologies, including html5, javascript, css, jquery, ajax, python, php, angular js, bootstrap, microsoft sql server, azure cloud services, restful web services experience with managing small-Medium sized technical projects, including managing other developers experience leading product for a small-Medium sized product technical and functional understanding of cloud technologies, full stack development technologies, devops tools, middleware server technologies, soa technologies, network topologies and data security best practices superior skills in prototyping tools, fast coding, agile and iterative development, and lean startup mindsets outside-Of-The-Box thinking, teamwork, and strong self-Organization ability to concisely and clearly present complicated technical topics to either highly technical or non-Technical audiences.
