Coordenador de vendas (field sales fsop) tdm night will be in charge for development the food service and on premise (fsop) channels in the assigned territory. They will operate as a monster brand ambassador in our on-Premise business, working with the main bars, restaurants, clubs, hospitality venues and events. They are passionate about building medium and long-Term partnerships and identify new opportunities to drive sales, revenue and visibility for monster energy job functions:train and direct bottlers sales force in the (fsop) channels engaging them with the monster brand commercial objectivesdevelop and use objective tools, information and feedback to achieve goals and performance results in the regionwork with internal departments to implement customers needs and agreements working closely with the region all national and regional strategies with region manager, negotiate and implement local /region strategies in the assigned territorykeep abreast and report on products, category, innovation, market conditions, competitive activities, advertising and promotional the sales and distribution portfolio through the establishment and appropriate execution of local and national sales and apply a sales strategy to target key markets and establish a dominant presence in the regiontrain and make incentives for the customers brigade team in order to increase sales, revenues and visibilitydo the material installation and management (take care during the event and remove after) at the eventsposition requirements:bachelors degree or equivalent experience, preferably in business, marketing or financeexcellent knowledge of entertainment and the dynamics of night barsexcellent ability to communicate and establish relationships at various hierarchical levelsexcellent at managing time, priorities and expenses to work and power point - Experience in developing presentations and analyzing to travel as needed and work at nightthis is an individual contributor functional level, do not manage others.
