Who are we looking for?We are looking for governance, risk & compliancemanagement analyst to provide highly skilled technical expertise for facilitation/development/ deployment/improvement of the grc management programs. Responsibilities require facilitation, consultancy and project management experience, as well as expertise to ensure effective system-Wide grc performance analysis, solution provision, and development of documents e.G. Minimum two (2) year experience in grc related areas. Experience in applying grc management principles to concerned entities. Strong proficiency in grc management system with recognized training & certifications in grc management, sustainability, esg, iso / rc standards, internal auditing is a and refinery background in addition to energy sector. Duties & responsibilities develop, implement, sustain and improve the governance, enterprise risk management (erm), compliance management including iso/ rc certification /management, sustainability (esg), document & record management systems and processes provide necessary support to manager & leader of governance & risk management department for improving governance, erm, sustainability (esg) & compliance management systems performance. Monitor, measure, analyze and improve the grc performance of departmental related activities and projects / programs provide technical expertise on areas of grc to support prc entities and initiatives/programs. Establish, deploy and improve the grc framework and strategies solve challenges, develop roadmaps and deliver sustainable solutions initiate reviews as part of continuous improvement cycle of all departmental related projects. Act as master trainers of the governance, enterprise risk management (erm), compliance management including iso/ rc certification /management, sustainability (esg), document & record management teams support the governance, enterprise risk management (erm), sustainability (esg), documentation, record and compliance management system processes, partnering with concerned entities to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of the processes manage the top corporate risks program, collaborating with initiative sponsors and owners on the determination and execution of initiative.
