Recruiter - Curitiba, brazilthe role will be 100% remote for now. Eventually, it will convert into an in-Person role in curitiba. Recruiters build great teams!As a recruiter here at odoo, you will help us achieve our mission of accelerating value for longstanding smb customers spanning across brazil. This role will collaborate with the director of brazil and eventually hiring managers, growing their team to heavily impact odoos success. Were looking for someone who is investigative, empathetic, and has great communication skills. You understand small to medium-Sized businesses and the functions within them. What youll do:youll work collaboratively with the director and other hiring managers to understand the role then go wild by hiring qualified talent in a timely manner youll enhance job descriptions if needed and post to various sites such as and any other great sites you findyoull review resumes in a fast and timely fashion, then phone screen, and interview qualified candidates while building great relationships with them. You can do this because youre emotionally smart enough to observe and understand candidates you talk to - And you know how to sell odooif your incoming resumes arent enough for you, youll outbound to find those awesome candidatesyoull complete the recruiting life cycle by extending offers, creating offer letters, and e-Greeting your new hires on their first day what we need:portuguese fluency, written and oralconversational english, proficient reading and writingapproximately 1+ years of recruiting experience in a related industrybachelor degree preferredprior sales recruiting experience is helpful but not requiredautonomous and proactive mindsetability to learn quickly and have the emotional intelligence to work successfully with all employees and hiring managersall the relevant computer skills: g suite or online meeting platform experience what it takes to succeed in this role:an open-Minded approach to work, flexibility, a natural curiousnessrazor-Sharp focus on what is needed, the ability to make sound decisionsa certain level of impatience helps as we do things fast hereok to make learning mistakes as long as youre learning from them and evolvinga sense of humor where you take your work seriously but not yourself compensation and perks:$100 towards a work from home office set up + the ability to pick up chairs, laptop stands etc. As needed.
