Scope:you are expected to drive out-Licensing revenue growth through a wide and varied range of products categoriesthe primary responsibilities of the br&py licensing manager role are to plan, lead and execute the diligence and license agreement negotiation actions necessary to establish soybean out-Licensing at the commercial level, foster collaboration between limagrain and partnerships and ensure proper terms and conditions for royalties incumbent will be skilled in defining and validating terms leading to successful partnerships and be capable of drafting and negotiating agreements, from term sheet to executed incumbent also will be liaising with marketing, research and development areas aiming a value proposition that ties to our business model and have a close monitoring of performance of the programs, products, process in support of limagrain positioning in the market and customers.
