Vehicle engineering lam is an organization responsible for the development of the trucks used in latin america, interacting with other ve sites. Vehicle strategy and integration is responsible for running the main projects/epics, product structure documentation, product roadmap, advanced engineering, special vehicles and geometrical architecture .In this position, you will be part of vehicle integration and strategy team, an organization dedicated to secure a complete offer of trucks for the latin american will be part of an agile and approachable organization with skilled product teams consisting of passionate people. With us, you will have a diverse, friendly and open-Minded team on your side, always striving to provide you the support needed to manage tasks and work is performed in an international environment together with your future colleagues around the / main tasksthe vehicle integration project manager is responsible to secure that we have a good cross-Functional delivery for the projects (jira epics) related to product development (product changes and product modifications), from the pre-Study phase until the will be leading the pre-Studies and deliveries in the early phases like concept preparation alignment among product owner & all solution providers, acceptance criteria (incl. V&V activities) definition and agreement with key stakeholders, cross-Functional development maturity progress alignment (to reach stable releases), securement of business cases to get ready for decisions and confirmation of start of production (with high confidence).In the late phases you will lead the final development of the epics/solutions and work in close cooperation with chief project managers to secure the drive and energy level with ability to create a high performing cross-Functional working teamcommunicative and with good influencing skillsunderstand the need of stakeholder management at different oriented and always looking for improvements in our way of workingexperience from product development of trucks and/or buseseducation in engineering (mechanical / electrical / mechatronics / production / industrial)fluent in english, both written and spokenpmp certification is desirable but not mandatory the volvo group drives prosperity through transport solutions, offering trucks, buses, construction equipment, power solutions for marine and industrial applications, financing and services that increase our customers uptime and productivity.
