Help electrolux keep delivering outstanding experiences, and well help you fly higher than ever detail, you will:- Lead and support initiatives to simplify and automate reporting capabilities in order to expand coverage and drive continuous improvement for the product sourcing team, creating and updating a database for electrolux-Owned tools- Update and manage commercial conditions in the companys systems and records (e. G. Supplier registration, price approval report, etc.)- Ensure accuracy and reliability of information and reports, making sure cross-Sector information is updated- Create, monitor and update purchase orders and deliveries, contracts and product e-Catalogue- Analyze cost of product structures, contributing to elaboration of a should-Cost dashboard and monitoring system and monitoring and reporting evolution of macro-Economic indicators- Elaborate and analyze report presentations, keeping updated tracker files for projects and the business in general-Follow-Up, consolidate and analyze chargeback claim reports- Manage and follow up on sample requests, price discrepancies, overdue invoices and follow-Up of the culture of continuous improvement, you will be involved in leanthinking projects and activities (ems/C2W).You have:- Bachelors degree in business management or related areas- Experience with database classification and analysis- Advanced knowledge of power bi- Knowledge of sap- Knowledge of rpa- Advanced office skills (excel, powerpoint)- Advanced youll be:you will be based at the guabirotuba plantin curitiba.
