To be able to fulfill our target image, your contribution as controller manager and bus office will be this job you are accountable for the group real estate financial responsibility for all designated sites in south america. This includes investments, divestments, leases, masterplans and stakeholder (td/ba/gf) demands at strategical and tactical manage in the most efficient way the daily operations of divisional controlling and business office (human, material, intellectual and financial) in order to deliver services within industry, office and retail to volvo lead and take responsibility towards a culture of continuous improvement journey in the divisionlead and provide guidance that enhances performance in a manner, which incorporates realestate target image, supporting volvo group business objectives and as a business partner, working closely with the business both supporting and challenging business decisions and and ensure long-Term quality and efficiency by driving, coordinating and leading the divisions long term maintenance and divestment agendasupport the definition, agreements, communication and execution of the strategies and targets for the division, ensuring that laws and labor agreements are accurate financial figures through analysis, follow-Up and compliance to the financial policies and procedures (fpp) for volvo group including real estate projects relating to financial and analyze data to identify areas for improvement and/or develop solutions to keep projects on budget and on the area in creating and managing forecasts and budgets for various appropriate internal controls and project change management strategies, ensuring stakeholders and teams are trained and adjusted to any new reliable current and forecasting leadership experienceanalytical skillsgood relationshipself-Disciplineexcellent knowledge of data analysis and forecasting methodsability to strategize and solve problemsstrong leadership and organizational skillsbachelor degree in accounting or co-Related areasadvanced / fluent english spanish is a strong advantage the volvo group drives prosperity through transport solutions, offering trucks, buses, construction equipment, power solutions for marine and industrial applications, financing and services that increase our customers uptime and productivity.
