Job description senior it infrastructure analyst - (focus on network) create solutions that change how we change lives for the better. This professional will work with it infrastructure projects management of with a major focus on network activities. He/she will collaborate with the global network team to bring, develop and manage complex projects to the la region and guaranteeing the delivery of innovative solutions aligned with the company needs. He/she will interact with external and internal technologies areas and others company managers . In this position, the professional should help the business and infrastructure areas in the project architecture and also scope elaboration, search for technological solutions, set up the it costs, prepare the schedule and manage the deliveries of the project. For this, the candidate should have knowledge in project methodologies and extensive knowledge in it infrastructure environment mainly in security and network. A regular day at work you will collaborate with the network area in the preparation of projects scopes, costing, definition of technological solutions and in the management of project deliverables within the time, cost and quality defined in common agreement between the areas. As the focal point of the area, you will be responsible for identifying opportunities for improvement in the network projects and ensuring that innovation strategies in the area of it infrastructure. You will also be responsible for planning, coordinating and tracking the implementations of the changes generated by project deliverables. You will be your responsibility to manage the schedule, costs and contracted teams for the implementations of this projects. You should participate in global forums and discussions about technological innovation leading to continuous improvement activities in the network environment in order to propose new components and to make revisions in existing environments who you are - Expert you not only know your area of expertise, youre passionate about it and how it can enable and support people to work better and achieve more. - Analytical. Position requirements: bachelors degree in engineering, computer science and related fields. + years of experience in management of it network strategy + years of experience in it infrastructure project management technical knowledge in computer network knowledge, skills and abilities required experience with leadership and change management of it process autonomy, self-Management and creativity focus on innovation computer networks: lan, wan and wlan and other tcp / ip network protocols (firewall, proxy, smtp, dns, dhcp, adfs, ethernet, profinet) information security and security protocols ( ssl/tls, sftp, vpn, x, saml, radius, ldap,vlan multifactor authentication) experience in network of cloud computing(ms azure) proven experience with cisco, bluecoat, checkpoint, juniper and bluecoat hardware and software experience management and configuration of n cisco switches and wireless hardware experience in wan and sd-Wan project implementation experience in cloud pbx (voip/sip) projects experience with zscaler technology ability in develop network architecture solutions. Knowledge in project management methodologies (pmi / agile). Pmi certification (desirable) knowledge and experience in itil process. Itil certification (desirable) certification in cisco ccna routing and switching certification in comptia security+ or cism (desirable) required languages english and portuguese fluent, spanish advanced/intermediate.
