This is an amazing opportunity to work on drafting power of attorneys, handling different kind of documents, communicating with clients and paralegals around the world. The team consists of 13 people and is reporting to the service operations team you experience, education, skills, and accomplishments c1 level of englishbachelors degree or equivalent work experienceexperience using microsoft office, particularly outlook, word and excel (1+ year of experience)it would be great if you also had . . Receiving and checking documents as a confirmation of a renewal process, while respecting the internal deadlines, internal procedures and templates, quality standards and kpis and updating customers specificities if applicable communicating via e-Mail with customers and suppliers in a proactive and customer-Oriented manner to process efficiently the request, while respecting the internal communication and complaint policy, internal procedures & templates, quality standards and kpismonitoring the reception of acknowledgment of receipt for documents from the suppliers and customer via proactive follow-Ups and reminders to meet the internal deadlinesdrafting requirementsproactively recommending improvements as well as corrective and preventive actions to reduce customer complaints, improve efficiency and mitigate risksparticipating in creating an inspiring team environment with an open communication culture and a team spiritabout the team trademark renewals team is in charge of capturing cases, checking cases, checking instructions, capturing requirements, checking and sending reminders to clients and suppliers and confirming instructions, capturing documents, checking documents, sending documents to the clients, and preparing requirements. Service operations ip analyst in trademark renewals team is issuing invoices, ordering renewals, receiving documents and reporting to clients.
