What youll be doingverizon values director of marketing will lead the demand generationstrategy and activation for multiple value brands including straighttalk, tracfone, wal-Mart family mobile, and safelink. This role willlead key elements of verizon values brand marketing and overalladvertising inclusive brand governance, advertising, social, marketingactivation, creative campaigns and community management. This leaderwill work cross functionally with other marketing disciplinesincluding crm, base management, e-Commerce, communications, researchand insights and our commercial and finance teams. Theyll presentregularly to our executive team and partner with distribution teamsthat work closely with our retail partners and agents. The director ofmarketing is a key member of the executive team who will drive impactfor the business through product adoption and brand loyalty. Whatyoull be doing: lead verizon value marketing/messaging and demandgeneration strategy, planning & execution. Accountability includescreative/campaign strategy, brand identity development/guidelines,social & community management, and overall marketing activation thatdrives product adoption and growth. drive marketing innovation andgo-To-Market and campaign specific approaches to deliver substantialgrowth, stimulate competitive switching behavior, and take marketshare - Across prepaid and postpaid markets. create advertisingbreakthrough and brand awareness and amplify and enhance agency resources and scope, annual communications planning,consumer messaging and success measures, calendar of deliverables,project timing and distinction in creative delivery, development andmanagement of annual creative production budgets, facilitation ofbudget requests and quarterly scope and budget with the commercial team to build business plans, positioningand messaging, gtm strategy and roadmap for features and promotionallaunches. lead the business in an insight-Led and consumer-Centricapproach to create new member acquisition and retention and drive roadmaps to connect the brand through all marketingchannels that are aligned with the total customer experience. listento our consumers and develop strategy to respond and manage/encouragethe community along with building the reputation of the brands. drivesocial and influencer marketing that best suits each of our brandstargets. What were looking for youll need to have: bachelors degreeor equivalent work experience. Mba highly preferred. 8 years ofmarketing experience. Experience managing and influencing clientrelationships at the senior executive level. Ability to present andinteract with all levels of management. Experience leading marketingteams a leader with proven managerial abilities excellent teamleadership and interpersonal skills ability to coach, mentor, andtrain others. Experience building and scaling a consumer brandnationally (or globally). Experience establishing clear and effectivemetrics and a measurement framework to approach marketing channels andinvestment strategy, including coa/cor and marketing roi. Experienceutilizing digital and offline channels and tools to build a brand,member base, and community-Driven business growth. Experience buildingintegrated marketing framework and messaging strategy, andcommunicating and socializing to the entire organization. If you are hired into a california, colorado, or newyork work location, the compensation range for this position isbetween $177,000 and $358,000 based on a full-Time schedule. Thesalary will vary depending on your location and confirmed job-Relatedskills and experience. This is an incentive based position with thepotential to earn more. For part-Time roles, your compensation will beadjusted to reflect your hours.
