Responsibilities We are looking for a young, energetic finance superstar who is keen to take the next step in their career. The following outlines the broad requirements of the role. And we are happy for you to come in, make changes and mould the finance function for the responsibility. Provide direction and leadership to the financial framework of the company in accordance with international financial reporting standards and sri lankan accounting Manage the companys cash flow, treasury, bank relationships, and working capital Coordinate with external auditors for the statutory audit requirements and ensure publication of financial statements on the agreed timeline Oversee the month-End processes and ensuing reporting compliance with all applicable standards, rules, and regulations of all statutory and regulatory bodies, including tax authorities Maintain and report all statutory team performance and provide necessary support What are we looking for? We believe personality and attitude are far more important than educational qualifications. Therefore, we want the ideal candidate to be an energetic go-Getter with great people skills. For this role, we are looking for someone with at least 2-3 years of experience in a similar role. As head of finance, we expect you to be fully qualified in either icasl or cima. You would ideally have led the finance function for a similar company or, at the least, a small team within the finance function for a mid-Sized organization. Having experience in the food & beverage industry would be an advantage. In addition to the technical requirements, it is essential to have a good command of written and spoken english, as you will be dealing with colleagues in other markets and international clients.
