Agco is a part of the solution! Join us to make your this position you will be responsible for nvh and fatigue analysis and support all agco programs to ensure industry leading customer satisfaction. This person will work inside the agco laboratory to define and perform mts bench test, shaker bench test and field data collection and report to product development engineers. He or she will be responsible for leveraging analytical tools to help solve nvh and fatigue problems.  your impactbe responsible for running and conducting testsperform critical analysis and evaluation of requests for laboratory tests, planning testing activities and keep all data up to date create and publish performance reports based on lab test resultsdefine and collect data in the field (accelerometers and extensometers) and test in a shaker bench and mtsprovide technical expertise in nvh and fatigue to engineering projects to ensure program objectives are achieved within established timelines and budgets.  your experience and qualificationsbachelors degree: mechanical engineering or similars (post-Graduation is desirable)solid experience in lab tests, validation routines and activities, data acquisition, instrumentation, and post processing data experience with nvh and stress/strain, data acquisition software, front-Ends, and transducers. Lab view experience or other any other programing languagecapable of reading and interpreting order tracks, spectrograms and order spectraadvanced english.  your benefitshealth and dental plancanteen food servicesfood allowanceprivate personlife insurancetransportation passes or chartered transport (according availability)professional development through training and comprehensive learning opportunities within the organization  we value inclusion and recognize the innovation a diverse workforce delivers to our farmers.
