Identify and evaluate tickets and take decisions accordingly. Be able to identify patterns of tickets that are being opened and contact the support team to verify. Think and create sustainable support models. Generate and create reports about ticket progression skills High proficiency with microsoft office package (word, excel, powerpoint and outlook).
