Toradexs brazil office hosts parts of the global sales, marketing and r&d teams, composed of several engineers working on diverse tasks with global reach. Roles & responsibilities as a sales operations intern, you will work closely with our vp of global sales to enhance our crm (sugarcrm) usage and assist in various sales analysis tasks. Your responsibilities will include learn and support the items below: crm optimization: collaborate with the sales team to identify areas of improvement in sugarcrm usage and ensure accurate and up-To-Date data entry. Dashboard creation: develop visually appealing and insightful dashboards to monitor key sales metrics, including funnel performance, conversion rates, and pipeline progression. Sales process analysis: analyze the sales process from lead generation to closure, identifying bottlenecks and suggesting strategies for improvement. Sales playbook development: assist in creating and updating the sales playbook to equip our sales representatives with effective selling techniques and best practices. Sales team support: work closely with the sales team to address their data needs, provide analytical support, and offer guidance on crm usage. Data analysis: collect, clean, and analyze sales data to derive actionable insights and make data-Driven recommendations. Cohort analysis: analyze customer patterns based on the data captured by the sales team. Prepare comprehensive reports and presentations that communicate analysis findings to key stakeholders in a clear and concise manner. Requirements currently pursuing a bachelors or masters degree in business, marketing, analytics, production engineering, graduation in end of 2024 strong proficiency in english with excellent written and verbal communication skills. Available for 30 hours/week from toradex office in campinas/sp analytical mindset with the ability to derive meaningful insights from data. Detail-Oriented and capable of managing multiple tasks simultaneously. Willing to learn and develop skills and proficiency in data manipulation and analysis using tools like excel, python, powerbi. Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team-Oriented environment.
