Description - Lead & execute the design, development, and implementation of computerized and automated systems guaranteeing compliance with applicable standards, regulations, and procedures, ensuring that the system validated state is maintained through its life cycle until retirement. Administer, test, troubleshoot, and improve site automated and computerized systems to minimize / avoid process interruptions. - Support bt and capital projects to implement new technologies and/or enhancements to existing automated and computerized systems following site and corporate policies, standards, and procedures in alignment with bt and business needs. - Supervise assigned resources for the execution of site support based in business operations. - Ensures systems are maintained in a validated state once they are released for use guaranteeing compliance with applicable regulations, standards, and procedures. - Acquires and maintains a thorough understanding of business processes and technologies within assigned area of responsibility including applicable regulations, standards, procedures, and industry best practices. - Writes and approves as applicable system documentation including but not limited to operating procedures, computer systems validation deliverables, periodic reviews, and other regulatory documents necessary to comply with applicable regulations and organon standards. - Supports other functional areas in the development of adequate plans that includes the necessary technologies to meet their business goals in alignment with site and organon automation strategy. - Support business case development to justify the deployment of new technologies or system / process enhancements necessary to increase production quality, efficiency, and volume. - Serves as liaison with vendors and organon global resources for technical support, as necessary. - Provides technical expertise to troubleshoot and repair controls systems when required and serve as subject matter expert (sme) for technologies under his/her area of responsibility for either local or other organon manufacturing sites. - Supports site automated and computerized equipment / systems to ensure business continuity during regular and off business hours. (e.G. Mes, laboratory equipments, bms, serialization etc .) - Maintains a thorough understanding of business and regulatory requirements for the approval and management of necessary systems change authorizations, notices of events, corrective / preventive actions, and any other business processes necessary for keeping the system under control. - Coordinates and oversees external resources for project implementation. This role provide support to other sites within the region. Bachelors degree in electronics, digital systems, instrumentation, electrical or computer engineering computer technology and/or related is a requirement. Minimum of 5 years of experience on shop floor systems in a manufacturing site within the pharmaceutical industry, enabling change for the implementation of system/process enhancements and new technologies to meet business needs. Minimum of two years of experience managing medium/ large projects using of good project management practices. System life cycle/ computer system validation (csv/ csa) knowledge and problem-Solving skills are required agile, critical thinking and continuous improvements mindset proficiency are mandatory.
