We are looking person who newly graduated engineer to expand our team force as technical trainee to join our workshop located at cabo de santo agostinho/pe - Brazil. Our world-Class certified workshop is one of the largest gearbox repair centers in latam, specialized in wind and industrial applications. What will you be doing: as a technical trainee of wärtsilä brazil, you will receive training to work in the complete overhaul cycle to represent winergy and flender gmbh in services such as diagnostics and repairs of wind gearboxes. Good communication and a good english level are essential for reading, writing, and speaking directly with the technical support from the factory. Main responsibilities: Handle workshop and field services activities according to companys standards, guidelines and procedures Prepare high quality maintenance report for all services performed in the workshop/fs, being conclusive and having detailed information for creating ways to mitigate future problems and optimize further demands Prepare spare parts lists for planned and corrective maintenance services Prepare and handle services with workshop/fs team, maintaining the cleanliness and order Inspect and organize workshops and fs general-Purpose tools and equipment Ensure the compliance of all qehs related local requirements, in partnership with respective department. To be successful in this role, we expect you to have: Bachelors degree complete in mechanical or mechatronic engineer English (reading, writing, and speaking) Excel Knowledge of gearbox (desirable) skills: Communication and collaboration skills Teamwork Quality, safety & environmental skills Service and team mindset.
