Your role: Kisi is looking for an accounts receivable specialist to join our finance team! In this role you will make sure that customers are billed and that payment is received in timely manners, as well as serving as a point of contact for clients in regards to their billing and payment options. You will monitor overdue invoices and follow up as needed to collect payment and set up payment plans. The ideal candidate has worked in ar previously, has strong communication skills, and can effectively manage working on multiple projects at once. This role is remote friendly for candidates in brazil or mexico. Responsibilities: Your responsibilities: - Help with chargebee migration, implementation and internal communication of new processes - Handle license support tickets and resolve internal escalations quickly - Learn financial operations and processes as you become involved in all aspects of our financial operations - Assist with accounting and monthly reporting processes - Backup the other team members - Work on other ad hoc projects as needed - Communicate with clients to request, collect, and process payments and arrange recurring payment plans - Effectively manage customer data and ensure it is synced across different systems (crm, quickbooks, stripe, etc. ) - Maintain bookkeeping databases and spreadsheets, ensuring information is kept up to date - Set up new customers and continually update client accounts for any changes - Assist and respond to customer requests and questions surrounding their billing your qualifications: - Previous experience working within account receivable or a similar collections focused role - Customer support experience, ideally in customer- Facing support - Interest in learning more about finance operations in a technical environment - Sharp business acumen and not afraid to dive deep into details in order to solve problems - Ability to work independently and as a team player - Must be goal oriented, precise, and have a problem solving mindset - Strong written and verbal communication skills and comfortable reaching out to and following up with clients frequently - Ability to prioritize and organize tasks and projects efficiently - Experience working with excel/google suites - Flexible schedule available to work around a 10am- 7pm est schedule nice to have: - Experience with erp/crm systems - Spreadsheet software benefits: - Team offsites.
