To be able to grow further, we need help in a number of areas, including marketing. Thats why we want you to join our team as the marketing the role:we are actively seeking a highly skilled and experienced marketing director to join our team. In this hands-On role, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic promotions and effective marketing campaigns. Your expertise in building funnel-Based promotions using email marketing, proficiency in setting up facebook ad campaigns, and organizational skills will be key to your you thrive in a fast-Paced environment, possess strong technical skills, and have a proven track record in building successful funnel-Based promotions, we want you to be part of our is a full-Time remote position. We prefer candidates who can work at least 3 hours during typical us east coast business (but are not limited to):develop and execute strategic promotions and marketing campaignsbuild a sales funnel in clickfunnelcreate engaging and persuasive content for email marketing campaigns, which includes writing the copy for itset up, monitor, completely run, manage and optimize facebook ad campaigns, ensuring they generate positive roianalyze campaign data, conduct a/b testing, and make data-Driven decisions to improve conversion rates and overall campaign performancecoordinate with wordpress and clickfunnels freelancers to implement landing pages and optimize user experiencecollaborate with the co-Founder and internal teams to brainstorm new offers and promotions, leveraging market insights and customer feedbacktrack and analyze key performance indicators (kpis), such as revenue generated, conversion rates, and email open rates, to evaluate campaign effectiveness and make strategic recommendations for improvementrequirementsproven experience in building successful funnel-Based promotions using email marketingproficiency in setting up and managing facebook ad campaigns, with a track record of achieving positive roifamiliarity with google ads and/or experience working with agencies to understand target audience dynamicsstrong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple promotions and campaigns simultaneouslyself-Starter who can work independently, make informed decisions, and take ownership of projectsexcellent analytical and problem-Solving skills to identify trends, optimize campaigns, and drive resultseffective communication and collaboration skills to coordinate with vendors, freelancers, and internal teamsbenefitsbuild something big - Youll excel no matter what company or project you work on.
