Remote employees do not have a permanent corporate office workplace and, instead, work from a physical location of their choice which must be identified to the company. Employees may live in the following locations: mexico, guatemala, el salvador, costa, colombia, ecuador, peru, brazil, argentina. Front-End: expertise with one or more javascript frameworks Back-End: experience with one or more languages/frameworks Experience with multiple architectural principles, including oop, modularity, and service based architecture preferred. Experience designing cloud-Native solutions. Strong knowledge of relational database design and data architecture. Experience with devops methodologies including ci/cd, monitoring, lean process, and general automation. Strong understanding of software development life-Cycle and best practices. Familiarity with automated testing, including unit testing, and integration testing. Leadership: 5+ years leading software development teams experience mentoring small teams of engineers 8+ years experience in building and deploying service-Oriented cloud-Based applications Experience working in software teams with agile, scrum, and kanban methodologies. Previous development firm/agency environment preferably in a consulting space. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills What youll love about us Stability.
