We are seeking a skilled and creative instructional designer to join our team. This instructional designer will be responsible for designing and developing effective instructional materials for pride recruiting academy and corporate training. The opportunity: define and document learning objectives. Conduct research and collaborate with subject experts. Create instructional material: courses, curriculum, student guides, or training manuals. Design content to optimize learning. Generate the layout of the learning supports. Redesign content to ensure it matches the learners needs. Create visual, audio, and interactive learning tools. Your qualifications: bachelors degree in instructional design, instructional technology, education, or a related field. Excellent english written and verbal communication skills, with exceptional attention to detail and a strong command of grammar and punctuation. Proven experience in instructional design, curriculum development, or related roles. Strong knowledge of instructional design principles, learning theories, and adult learning principles. Proficiency in using instructional design tools and software, such as microsoft suite (powerpoint) and articulate (storyline & rise), and camtasia. Experience in developing multimedia-Rich instructional materials, including videos, animations, and interactive elements. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Strong attention to detail and ability to meet project deadlines. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment. Strong analytical and problem-Solving skills.
