Were looking for a product manager who will be leading the team where you are responsible for building new features, from the ideation phase and testing of mvps to generating insights, iterating and scaling the features. You will shape the vision but you will also manage the roadmap and backlog. You will be working work closely with development and strategy team. Responsabilidades e atribuições survey, analysis and validation through a / b testing prototypes, analytical needs of users, providing actionable information that helps in the life cycle of our users define, implement and monitor performance metrics of products and features; Conduct assessments of viability together with your squad and other technology teams; Create and manage specifications for product developments and / or new products; Manage the backlog and conduct in team meetings with developers, designers and product analysts; Plan and execute the go to market of the products and new functionalities in collaboration with other areas of the company; Maintain and communicate roadmap of product evolution. Requisitos e qualificações experience as a strong product owner or a product manager in a consumer internet company (web or mobile) - A plus if it was in a high profile startup during high-growth stages. You have relevant experience in prototyping and developing actual digital products; Experience with product management in technology company; Technical experience with data analysis and generation of reports, analysis and insights; Be able to make pragmatic decisions, understanding the most relevant aspects and what can be dealt with later; Ability to analyze complex processes and make them simple, friendly and intuitive; Knowledge and experience with agile methodologies; Ability to structure projects and tasks independently; Experience in agile development environments; Agile and scrum.
