This role combines strategic thinking with execution capabilities, and it serves as the key driver behind the team that creates a great experience for outsystems users. This role will operate as the custodian of good experience and design practices that digital teams should follow and observe. This person will be involved in product design, research, and ux for critical projects while mentoring and coaching other designers in the responsibilitiesbe an advocate for the user experience and user interface design practices, and voice our users needs to help build better with cross-Functional teams, within an agile approach, to drive the design process from ideation to product delivery and user and product research, lead ideation processes, detail end-To-End mockup solutions/prototypes, and drive user testing sessions in the iteration for proven great into our clients shoes to effectively find issues and draw pragmatic driven, flexible, and enthusiastic, bringing new inspiring ideas to the requirementsrequirementsportfolio demonstrating your experience in application designminimum 6 years experience working in product design, research & ux Ui (mandatory).
