The opportunity: as a senior front-End software engineer, you will play a critical role in the redesign and modernization of an existing thick client application. Your expertise in ui/ux design and web development will drive the transformation of this application into a cutting-Edge, user-Friendly, and scalable web application using reactjs. If you are passionate about crafting exceptional user experiences and possess a strong command of front-End technologies, this is an exciting opportunity to lead the evolution of our applications interface. You are great at: collaborate with cross-Functional teams to gather and refine requirements, translating them into functional and technical specifications. Design and implement elegant, responsive, and intuitive user interfaces using reactjs and modern front-End web development best practices. Create detailed mock-Ups, wireframes, and prototypes to guide the ui/ux design process. Write high-Quality, reusable, and maintainable code that meets established coding standards and practices. Develop comprehensive unit tests to ensure code quality and maintainability. Collaborate closely with back-End developers to integrate front-End components with restful apis and services. Stay up-To-Date with emerging technologies, industry trends, and best practices to drive continuous improvement in front-End development strategies. Provide mentorship and guidance to junior team members, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and skill development. What it takes: strong proficiency in reactjs, including component design and state management. Solid understanding of html5 and css, including responsive design principles. Experience with accessibility standards (wcag) to ensure inclusive and user-Friendly interfaces. Proficiency in working with restful web services and integrating front-End components with back-End apis. Proven ability to write clean, efficient, and scalable code. Excellent problem-Solving skills and attention to detail. Effective communication skills and the ability to collaborate within cross-Functional teams.
