The opportunity reporting into the order management function, this manager will manage opentexts order management function in a specific area with a focus on people, operations and stake holder management. This role of a first line manager requires a strong focus on people leadership, operational efficiency, and cost optimization within the order management function. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team to strengthen relationships with internal stakeholders while developing, implementing, and managing people, process improvements and initiatives. In this position you will gain a broad understanding of opentexts overall business and will provide visibility and understanding across the organization. You are great at Leading a team within the order management function, including coaching, and mentoring, fostering a collaborative and high-Performance culture, and setting clear objectives, monitoring performance, and conducting regular performance reviews. Continuously monitor & identify cost-Saving opportunities and implement measures to reduce expenses while maintaining service levels. Collaborate with internal stakeholders, including cross-Functional teams, to understand requirements and provide support as required. Build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholders to ensure needs are met. What it takes 10-13 years of industry experience post qualification. Must be a graduate in business administration or equivalent degree. Proven experience in a similar role in quote to cash operations, preferably in the tech sector Strong understanding of quote to cash processes and stakeholder relationship management. Excellent analytical and problem-Solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decision-Making. Ability to take initiative in recognizing data issues/concerns or areas where improvements could be made. Strong leadership and facilitation skills with a proven ability to be a solutions-Oriented decision maker. Demonstrated negotiation and communication skills (mastery in english), with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders. Advanced digital literacy including proficiency in using order management tools, enterprise resource planning (erp) systems, and data analytics software. Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-Paced environment. Self-Management including attention to detail, organizational/time management, strong inclination to self-Development. Demonstrated ability to adapt in changing environments.
