The global team is looking for an optimization expert with in-Depth experience in digital marketing and customer experience, specifically A/B testing and personalization, to join the optimization team this position will be responsible for identifying areas of opportunity and defining a testing strategy (leveraging both qualitative and quantitative methods), as well as a personalization roadmap, that drive the optimization of the latam customer journey for the personal systems and print businesses. A strong candidate will have a background in A/B testing, website optimization, and data analysis, as well as experience working with cross-Functional teams and executive-Level presentation skills. In this extremely fast-Moving environment, its critical that this leader have a collaborative, strategic, and growth mindset .
