Leads the strategy and development of new biological products according to the brazilian regulatory requirements (pesticides and fertilizers legislations) develops and implements strategies to ensure the regulatory approvals and speed up the registration processes leads initiatives with the brazilian regulatory agencies and key influencers, providing regulatory intelligence to the internal stakeholders influences the drafting of new regulations coordinates the submission, approval and maintenance of biological products at federal level captures new opportunities and plans the resources needed. Minimum of 5 (five) years of proven experience in the regulatory area for biologicals products in brazil (pesticides and fertilizers legislations) minimum of 5 (five) years of proven experience in submission, monitoring and approval of biological products in brazil (biopesticides, biostimulants, pgr, inoculants, biofertilizers, etc..) minimum management of 2 (two) submissions, follow-Ups, approvals of new biological products advanced english for alignments and negotiations with the global team proven ability to lead and manage regulatory projects for biological products.
