Uphold the firms code of ethics and business conduct. Requisitos: graduação ou pós-Graduação em áreas relacionadas a dados como business intelligence ou data analytics. Experiência prévia e conhecimento diversificado e sólido em análise de dados. Experiência prática com power bi - Nível intermediário e acima (etl no power query, funções/medidas dax e dataviz). Experiência prática com excel - Nível intermediário e acima (funções básicas de operação, de tratativa e busca de dados). Capacidade de trabalhar em equipe e interagir com diferentes setores com habilidades de comunicação eficazes. Nível de inglês a partir do intermediário será considerado um diferencial para interação com equipes internacionais. Conhecimento em power platform, power automate, alteryx, azure datalake, databrics, python e sql são diferenciais. Escopo da vaga: O analista de inteligência competitiva atuará internamente, fornecendo suporte estratégico para os sócios da empresa e a equipe de liderança de rh. Desenvolver e manter dashboards utilizando a plataforma power bi para visualizar e comunicar dados relevantes aos gestores e líderes da empresa. Gerenciar e analisar dados de rh, identificando tendências, padrões e oportunidades de aprimoramento. Realizar análise comparativa entre os dados de mercado e os dados internos da empresa, trazendo insights para a liderança da organização.
