Main responsible for customer representation for dupont responsible for translating orders/contracts and negotiations with each customer to duponts internal support areas (customer service, credit, supply, logistics etc.) avoiding rework and misinterpretation responsible for keeping the tools used by dupont such as sales force and other tools updated with projects, leads and call reports for each managed account work with marketing to define dashboards for markets and accounts show the po numbers defined for the year and monthly follow-Up of sales numbers and details required in sop meetings responsible for bringing market feedback and individual accounts for account management and alignment information with marketing, pricing, product and technical be aware of all the technologies that it will represent for each opportunity and customer routine visits to customers to generate business and innovation opportunities.
