Todevelop profitable operations and to recruit, manage, motivate, andlead the sea logistics team as well as sales contribution from a baseof existing customers whilst seeking new business opportunities. Thens will be the leading sea logistics position in the country and willhave direct reporting responsibilities to the ne and dotted line tothe rs. Duties and responsibilities are carried out in line withcorporate sea logistics policies and in close partnership withcorporate resources and other business fields and functionalunitsyour responsibilities:- Determine /co-Operates in the business strategy and executes / secures itsimplementation- Acquire / support the new business and supportsthe account management- Promote customer relations and developsthe existing client base- Direct / support the businessdevelopment process (tender analysis, solution design, costing,pricing and serviceoffering)- Localize the global sealogistics products to meet local market expectations andrequirements- Liaison with regional sea logistics managementregarding the administration of and upkeep of business units policies&procedures- Provide market and product related informationas/when required- Set / manage carriers strategy, includingmanaging local carriers contacts, rates negotiations, and bilateralprocess in alignment to the framework of the global preferred carrierprogram- Secure the continuity of regional or national carrierrelationships- Evaluate national / regional carrier initiativesfor local market requirements- Ensure efficient sea logisticsoperations and continuously optimizes the operations and increasesproductivity by implementing standard processes in line with corporateguidelines and targets (such as data quality)- Co-Operate in thedevelopment and implementation of business operation and reportingsystemsyour skills and experiences:-University degree in adm, comex, ir or alike- 10 years experiencein sea logistics operations & development- Good understanding ofbudgets and P&L- At least 3 years supervising a team withexcellent results- Excellent connections with carriers-Excellent command of english#J-18808-Ljbffr #J-18808-Ljbffr.
