With us, you have the ultimate opportunity to gain new and challenging work experiences and create unparalleled, direct - Prepare, develop and formulate all processes related to market insight- Research and evaluate quantitative analyses of consumer databases, external data sources and guide data driven insights into customers, their behaviours, buying preferences and patterns, monitoring their deployment and achievement in order to enhance the effectiveness of strategies- Prepare initiatives that enhance the positioning and offering of products and services to customers.- Translate plans and policies to meet current/ future business needs and challenges- Execute plans and policies related to analytics, modelling, data management or reporting solutions- Prioritize and coordinate transformation and change of policies and processes if required- Understand and analyse ongoing processes analytics, modelling, data management or reporting solutions identifying any need for improvement and implementing programs and policies that better suit the needs of galderma- Coordinate key activities of positioning and offering of products and services to customers to provide effective to all customers- Guide and consult galderma employees on market insight related matters with focus on strategic and operational activitiesRequirements:- More than 10 years experience in market insights and commercial excellence- Previous experience in similar role leading teams- Fluent english.
