We are looking for a junior ux writer to communicate our products with clear and engaging copy in our platforms: mobile and web. You should be able to maintain our voice and tone for all our communications — and the ability to ruthlessly eliminate the unnecessary. You should be obsessed to understand the nuances of how our customers think and fiercely advocate for the best possible solutions for them. Our users must have the right information presented in perfect harmony with the visual and interactive design elements of the ux. Your main responsibilities will be: support our senior ux writer on all issues where ux texts are needed, with a focus on consistency and content strategy collaborate with ux designers, research and product teams to mantain the language across a variety of contexts from ui components to conversational building blocks write clear and compelling copy to describe products ensure all content we produce is true to the product and consistent with our brand help with competitive research to identify our strong and weak points collaborate with ux researches building and executing researches to deeply understand our users apply seo principles to maximize reach to our target audience raise the bar for interface/product communication suggest improvements on our processes and mechanisms to establish a unified approach and alignment on voice and tone requirements experience working with digital content for digital products A portfolio of relevant writing samples with a ux focus (you can use real or concept cases but its important to explain the methodology and processes used to get to the final idea) impeccable attention to detail, excellent grammar and copywriting skills basic keyword search knowledge experience as a ux writer, content designer or similar role in a ux or product design team experience working within rapid, iterative design and agile development processes hands-On experience with: voice and tone guidelines, content mapping and modelling english or spanish is a plus
