Key accountabilities - Develop a strategy and product roadmap based our internal client needs and opportunities.- Define kpis for bau and future product enhancements- Manage and deliver a product roadmap- Ensure that product definition, engineering, content development, and other aspects of product development come together seamlessly throughout the product life cycle- Work with customers and commercial teams to identify key client features and needs for incorporation into the products- Work with engineering, backend and other stakeholders in scoping different solutions, writing user stories, and preparing the organization for product launches- Work closely with engineering and product to prioritize and manage product issues and backlogs- Manage the test and review of product upgrades to ensure proper execution- Conduct market research and monitor product performance to ensure that products are competitive- Serve as a product expert and ambassador for internal teams and with customersthis list is not exhaustive and there may be other activities you are required to deliver. #J-18808-Ljbffr.
