Description The Medical Affairs Analyst is responsible for effectively communicating organizational changes and managing the transition process within the company. This role involves creating and implementing communication strategies, developing change management plans, and facilitating effective employee engagement. The Analyst will work closely with various stakeholders to ensure clear and consistent messaging, foster a positive change culture, and support employees throughout the change process. Key responsibilities include conducting impact analysis, developing communication materials, coordinating training sessions, and evaluating the success of change initiatives. The ideal candidate should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, a strong understanding of change management principles, and the ability to adapt quickly in a dynamic and fast-Paced environment. Experience in project management, employee engagement, and internal communication is highly desirable. Qualifications Bachelors Degree Completed Previous experience in a Pharmaceutical Industry is required Previous experience working with medical affairs or related areas is a plus Advanced English level Spanish and/or Portuguese is required.
