Responsible for delivering / surpassing sales targets for biosimilar products already launched. Responsible for the strategic brand planning, business review preparations, lrs projections. Constant interaction with field teams to ensure flawless execution of tactical plans. Monitoring of product performance in accounts and development of action plans, if required. Coordination of x-Functional activities with medical, access and demand / commercial teams. Definition & execution of external communication plan. Closely work with s&op to achieve fct accuracy targets. Development of promotional material, sales force training, launch event & hcps engagements. Governance of pipeline development with global and local teams. Market assessment, forecasting, go-To-Market definition, team sizing. Business cases, presentation to gm, regional and global teams. Follow-Up and flow of information across the company.
