Product manager – middle-Level and senior-Level – home office solid management experience in the development of gaming verticals in online casino-Bingo products; experience with online casino relationships, mechanics and systems; generation of ideas for the development of innovative solutions, features, campaigns and optimization; experience with release roadmap management, use of vendor tools and resources to increase customer engagement and retention; experience in monitoring, collecting and analyzing data to understand the customer base, their profile, develop strategies and identify problems; necessary fluent english skills; home office. Conhecimentos knowledge of campaign management, crm lifecycle, customer segmentation, engagement metrics, conversion growth and revenue kpis, and bonus cost optimization.
