Large multinational in the chemical sector is searching for a Porfolio Development Sr Manager - Health Monogastrics. The position involves the responsibility of developing and implementing short, mid, and long-Term portfolio strategies for their solutions, including products and technical, digital, and consulting services. The professional will be accountable for the success of R&D projects, portfolio lifecycle management, market and customer needs analysis, and validation of pricing strategies. Regular contact with global experts, strategic marketing, business intelligence, and regulatory entities will be essential to assess the feasibility of technical ideas, portfolio performance, and market impacts. For this role, a Bachelors degree in Veterinary Medicine, Animal Health, Science, or Health is required, along with 7 to 10 years of relevant experience, including technical, commercial, and marketing fields. Technical knowledge in animal health, especially monogastrics (primarily poultry), is essential, as well as experience in sales and marketing, international and multicultural experience. Leadership skills, teamwork, basic financial capabilities, and strong communication skills are also important requirements. This position is open to anywhere in the world, to work remotely and with availability to travel.
