We are looking for someone experienced in earthworks constructions, who will work for a big mining company in an earthworks construction superintendent, will manage earthworks for a construction site at an open pit mining :- In charge of plant site preparation, non-Process asset site preparation, road construction, and tailings site development- Complete execution level planning of all earthworks activities- Define equipment requriements to support construction equipment orders- Lead and develop a large multidisciplinary earthworks construction team- Ensure development of safe work practices by all construction earthworks departments and environmental programs- Development of budgets, plans and schedules to support business and qualifications:- 15+ years of civil earthworks experience and/or mine site development experience- Management of medium to large scale construction earthworks company is desirable- Solid experience in leadership of multidisciplinary teams including engineering, operations, crushing, blasting and maintenance- Strong character with exceptional leadership and management skills- Collaboration skills, conflict resolution skills and facilitation skills- Fluent english (mandatory).Desirable:- Artic or cold weather experienceConditions:- This is an on/off work: you will be working at the mining site for 8 weeks, then will take a break of 3 weeks, when you will go home, before returning to the mining site- Working schedule: fifo (fly in / fly out)- Location: mining site in chukotka :- Fixed salary- Health insurance- Annual bonus- Work to commute/relocate:- Porto ro: reliably commute or willing to relocate with an employer-Provided relocation package (required)Experience:- Earthworks (required)Language:- English (required).
