(informação confidencial) position description global beta advisors is seeking an independent contractor to fill the role of front end developer for the buildout and development of global betas turnkey asset management platform (tamp). We are looking for a talented and creative front-End engineer to build and launch a top-Notch mobile and web-Based solution. The front-End engineer should possess a strong background in front-End technologies (javascript, html5, css3, react), familiarity with the financial services sector, and is interested in working within a startup culture. This person will be working on a team of 5-8 developers building out a section of our tamp. This person will report directly to the president at global beta. The front-End engineer role successful candidates are enthusiastic about working with product managers and ux designers to understand needs, propose features, create early prototypes and transform them into exciting end-User features. You are comfortable taking initiative and working across teams in a relatively unstructured environment (it is still agile, you cant escape standups). You have well-Honed, insightful architectural design instincts, and enjoy building complex and elegant systems that will scale to support thousands of users. Responsibilities: participate in regular stand-Ups and other team meetings and take an experienced approach to develop saas applications design, build, and maintain efficient, reusable, and reliable code, both in front-End and server-Side technologies identify bottlenecks and bugs, and devise solutions to these problems work with qa, devops, other developers, and product management to build innovative products write comprehensive automated tests drive continuous adoption and integration of relevant new technologies into the design have a strong understanding of ui, cross-Browser compatibility, general web/mobile functions, and standards this role is 100% remote.
