Your challenge: Lead critical research efforts and conduct complex studies that deepen our understanding of the industry and drive product strategy Bring insights through a variety of methods whether it be surveys, interviews, data analysis, usability studies, market studies, etc. Work in a highly collaborative way with product managers, designers, and engineers to build our product roadmap based on validated user needs and insights Design, execute, and communicate impactful research in a fast-Paced, early-Stage product development process and know how to integrate research into product and design roadmaps Compile and disseminate research findings to enhance s understanding of the market/user needs and identify innovative opportunities to meet those needs Enable product managers and designers to learn and apply research skills by building research processes, and toolkits that empower them to conduct tactical research You can be part of the gang if: 3+ years of hands-On experience as user researcher, ux researcher, or similar role Proven end-To-End experience with all aspects of research (study design, planning, recruiting, moderation, analysis, reporting) Strong ability to analyze data types from different sources and create insightful and actionable findings Ability to manage ambiguity, work autonomously, keep organized, and multitask in an agile environment Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation, interpersonal and analytical skills Excellent spoken and written english and portuguese Amazing if: Degree in computer science, experimental psychology, cognitive science, sociology, human-Computer interaction or related discipline Fintech, developer-First api tools, and saas past experience Fluency in spanish, both written and verbal
