We are looking for a crm analyst who will: Crm strategies: develop and implement manual and automated communications to enhance customer engagement, retention, and brand loyalty. Work closely with different teams to ensure message quality and consistency. A&B testing: optimize email, sms, whatsapp, push and in-App notifications. Planning & segmentation: analyze customer data to segment specific target audiences, personalizing communications and prioritizing accordingly. Data analysis: identify patterns, trends, and improvement opportunities. Use insights to adjust strategies, optimize campaign performance and share within different stakeholders. Our requirements for this position are: +4 years managing crm campaigns. Portuguese native speaker and advanced english spanish is a plus. Organized and with attention to detail. Data driven & data driven storyteller. Analytical proficiency: dynamic tables, formulas to analyze and visualize data. Additional skills & plus At least one year working in a fast paced company, agency or startup. Technical experience running crm tools, automation and building dashboards.
