Our client, a renowned and fast growing blue chip fmcg company, is seeking a senior controllership executive to support the business turnaround. Reporting directly into the international controller, youll lead all financial and management accounting routines including consolidation, reporting, note disclosure, analysis and interpretation of financial results to meet all regulatory requirements (usgaap / local) and the needs of senior management, the audit committee and headquarter. We also look for a sound leader and a business partner capable of sponsoring and driving new ideas, providing value added business analysis, advice and strategic insights to the senior management. For this highly visible and strategic role with relevant P&L and business exposure, you must present a proven working experience into a global and/or matrixial environment with a solid accounting background ideally with previous internal control exposure. Fluent english is mandatory, big-Four experience is desirable and active crc required.
