Job description position: financial controller main responsibilities: strategic planning of the company, providing financial and accounting insights to senior management, contributing to the definition of corporate goals and strategies. Financial performance analysis, identifying trends, opportunities, and challenges, and providing recommendations to improve operational efficiency and profitability. Development and monitoring of the companys budget, collaborating with various areas of the organization to define budget goals, monitoring actual performance versus planned, and implementing corrective actions when necessary. Compliance with accounting and tax regulations, coordinating the companys accounting activities. Responsible for the preparation and analysis of financial statements, control of assets and liabilities, as well as coordination of internal and external audits. Identifying and evaluating the companys financial risks, such as currency volatility, commodity price fluctuations, and credit exposure, developing strategies to manage these risks, and implementing internal policies and controls to mitigate them. Job requirements: bachelors degree in accounting, finance, economics, or related field. Proven experience as a financial controller or similar role. Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and financial analysis. Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills. Experience with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting. Ability to identify and manage financial risks.
