Endereço: br - Brazil central office representante de aquisição de talento goodyear: gabrielle richtmannPrimary purpose of the position:- Reporting directly to the fp&a manager, the fp&a manager has the primary purpose of coordinate the consolidation and analysis of operating cash flow- Principle duties and responsibilities:- Prepare, analyze and provide financial information, financial forecast - Long and short term, decision support, monitor and analyze wc performance- Coordinate forecast processes, annual budgets, regional requirements, monthly business analysis preparation, corporate requirements (ocf)- Work with the owners areas to receive the information and analyzes: trade ap, trade ar and inventory (wc impacts ) and others lines of ocf impact- Capex information of sag for the region (consolidation)- Identify solutions and challenge other areas to maximize cash efficiency and increase cash flow- Support fp&a manager in flash results (weekly results), mor consolidation and actuals and forecast consolidation cogs, sag and dcEducation:required:- A bachelors degree or equivalent is required, preferably with a concentration in business administration, engineering, economics or accounting- English advanceddesired:- Knowledge of cost accounting, general accounting,- General knowledge of information technology including ms excel, hyperion and essbase required:it is required that the individual has a minimum of five years of experience in financial, fp&a, treasury or accountingdesired:- Accounting experience is an advantageKnowledge:required:- General knowledge of information technology including ms excel, hyperion and essbase skills.- Analytical Gr1a goodyear é uma organização que oferece oportunidades iguais de emprego.
