Were hiring a growth marketing manager to spearhead our lead generation efforts through paid channels, focusing on paid search and linkedin ads. In this role, youll drive growth through data-Driven experiments and technical implementation, collaborating with our growth team. What you will do: Encourage a spirit of curiosity and innovation to explore new approaches and techniques within our paid search campaigns. Optimize existing campaigns and keywords with meticulous attention to detail, ensuring thorough analysis and measurement for continuous improvement. Infuse creativity into our paid search, paid social, and display ad strategies, seeking innovative ways to engage audiences and enhance campaign performance. Develop internal tools to streamline the growth process. Analyze data and propose feature improvements. Collaborate with cross-Functional teams to develop and implement growth strategies. Stay updated with the latest growth methodologies and industry trends. Heres what we are looking for: 3 years of experience in search engine ads (google). 2 years of experience in linkedin ads. Experience with google analytics. Professional or academic experience in growth marketing. Bachelors degree in statistics, engineering, econometrics, mathematics, economics, or a related field. Familiarity with business intelligence tools like tableau, powerbi, or qlik. Strong analytical and data-Driven mindset with a detailed understanding of business kpis. Knowledge in sql, html, and statistics (desirable). 1 years of experience in bing search engine ads (desirable). Experience studying, living, or working for us companies. Advanced level of english.
