As the business developmentsenior manager, the position will be responsible for creating the strategy, identifying marketopportunities, and executing plans to successfully penetrate the american marketessentialbachelors degree in business administration,marketing, or a related field. Mba preferredrequirementsmandatory experience in lumber market 10 years + general business experience with experience in senior commercial role and business development and marketing track record in business development and sales, preferably in the lumber productsindustry or related leadership and team management skills, with the ability to build and motivate a high-Performing communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to influence and persuade mindset with a demonstrated ability to think analytically and develop innovativebusiness spirit, self-Motivation, and a results-Driven of the american lumber market, including customer preferences, industryregulations, and distribution to travel domestically and internationally as requiredskillsstrategy development and financial / business development / strategic marketing / lumber industry and supply chain and disciplined individual who is comfortable with detail and can work well management and stakeholder management and people communication and creative problem team player.
