Global trainee program - Continuous improvement location: pindamonhangaba - Sao paulo - Brazil department: industrial operations main activities: - Management and analysis of plant indicators (utilization, yield, efficiency, quality, costs) - Generation and monitoring of wip indicators and process control - Chronoanalysis of activities and application of continuous improvement techniques - Development and management of new suppliers and/or materials - Management of local initiatives (li) with a focus on lean manufacturing and 6 sigma - Event management, including data analysis and process optimization - Organization and effective communication through digital systems such as microsoft teams main requirements: - Engineering or data science degree - Knowledge in powerbi and databases - Proficiency in the office package, with emphasis on excel - Interest and understanding of the principles of continuous improvement, lean manufacturing and 6 sigma - Intermediate level of english - Dynamism and proactivity - Ease of communication with different hierarchical levels.
