Primarily, lead and manage the rle team to accomplish the royalties sales plan, as well as to ensure the fine alignment with the enlist strategy and with the local rtve team. Oversees the administration of royalties policies and commercial programs regionally. Ensure to provide the e&ce sales bags route from multipliers for the rtve team to provide support to implement the value capture process and technical assistance, as well as the assistance for the main growers. Serves as a role mentor to others provides coaching to sales reps.
