The Leasing Executive plays a key role in maximizing occupancy and revenue for our portfolio of commercial spaces. You will be responsible for the entire leasing process, from generating leads and building relationships with potential tenants to negotiating and finalizing lease agreements. This is a dynamic role requiring a self-Motivated individual with excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-Solving skills. Requisitos do trabalho Responsibilities:Prospecting and Lead Generation:o Identify and actively pursue qualified leads through various channels (e.G.,cold calling, networking, online platforms).O Conduct market research to understand industry trends and competitorofferings.O Develop and maintain a comprehensive database of potential Building and Client Management:o Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing tenants.O Understand and cater to the specific needs and requirements of eachclient.O Provide exceptional customer service throughout the leasing and Negotiation:o Prepare and present proposals outlining the benefits and value propositionof our outdoor spaces.O Negotiate lease terms and pricing to achieve optimal occupancy andrevenue.O Draft and finalize lease agreements, ensuring compliance with all legaland regulatory and Analysis:o Track leasing activity, including lead generation, conversion rates, andclosed deals.O Prepare reports and presentations to keep management informed ofprogress and performance.O Contribute to the development and implementation of effective marketingand leasing strategies.
